I've been working with Jeremy for about 4 months now. Prior to that, i would break a sweat getting out of my office chair... So far I have dropped 30 pounds, and reduced my body fat 12%! Initially I started with the GTS-180, and that started me well, as I was looking to lose weight, and build strength and stamina. In that first 3 months I dropped about 6 pounds, and built lean muscle. When Jeremy offered the boot camp, I was ambivalent, but decided to go for it, and I have to say it is the best choice I made! In the last few weeks, I have dropped 25 pounds, and my body fat % has dropped 24.5%! I feel leaner, stronger, and have pushed myself physically further than ever before, and am able to play a 2 hour tennis match and still feel strong at the end of the match. Jeremy has helped me understand the importance of nutrition alongside exercise, and it has resulted in a very positive life change for me. I am fortunate that my wife has also been very supportive too. The other positive result for me is that I have dropped over 2 pant sizes, and have 15 pairs of pants to donate that are so large, they can't be altered down!

I am so glad I joined Gritton’s boot camp! I had been in a workout rut for awhile – bored with my same old routine at the gym, and finding it difficult to stay motivated to work out around my busy schedule.  I signed up on a whim, and am so happy I did. What I value most about the program is that every workout is tough, but not so tough that you can’t finish the class. Jeremy has a knack for tailoring the workouts to everyone’s individual level of fitness. In short, you are part of a class, but you get individualized attention and a workout appropriate to your level of fitness. Jeremy does a great job of changing-up the workouts to keep things interesting and exciting. He pushes me harder than I would have ever pushed myself at the gym in a positive and motivational way. I have already noticed after only 6 weeks a huge improvement in my endurance and strength, have dropped several pounds and lowered my body fat tremendously. Boot camp is the perfect balance for me:  challenging, fun and most importantly effective! Jeremy is a knowledgeable and skilled trainer with great energy keeping everyone moving and on their toes. He truly cares about his clients and invests a lot of time with each person helping them reach their own personal goals. I’m addicted!

Have you ever experienced a photo denial?  You look at the picture and say to yourself, "there is no possible way that is me in that picture ...  the camera had to have been distorted.'  I have had so many moments like this the past few years  I decided last month to turn my excuses into something productive by  joining Jeremy's boot camp.  The first week of his camp the company I work for volunteered at a school in Atlanta.  They took pictures at the end of the day.  I was dirty, sweaty, overweight, and just completely unattractive.  I saw the picture plastered all over our internet at work, but instead of denial thoughts, I said to myself, "I am in Jeremy's boot camp and I am doing something about this body."  That realization positively liberating! I am not one of those people who love to exercise, but I honestly look forward to Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (even though it is at o'dark 30 in the morning).  I am so sore, I can hardly move, but I know I am making progress, and I don't jiggle quite as much when I run.  My eating habits have drastically improved.  I know I have a long way to go, but at least I think about what I am eating now and try to make smarter choices.  This is a life change, and my mind is set to do just that.  Thank you, Jeremy!  You have been a blessing!!!  I am going to save you all the terrifying thoughts (and possibility nightmares) of pictures and not post those I have discussed above.  Believe me, you will be forever grateful!!

I have been in weight denial.  I have never had to worry about my weight in the past. I ate and drank whatever I wanted, never exercised and still maintained an ideal weight.  That was until I entered my late 30’s and had a baby. At that point I started exercising but figured since I was exercising I can eat whatever I want. Boy was I wrong. That’s when the opportunity to join Gritton’s Boot Camp came in place.   I was really ready to take a serious look and attitude towards changing my workout and my lifestyle.  I’ve learned how to push myself further than I ever thought possible.  I’ve also learned that nutrition along with exercise is the key to great results.  With Jeremy’s help I have lost 10 pounds in 6 wks and reduced my body fat by 13.5%.  I’m actually excited to get up and hour early 3 days a week just to go to boot camp.  My birthday gift to myself is to sign up for the next session of  boot camp classes because I can’t imagine a better present.
